Orders are usually despatched within 10-14 working days upon receipt of payment. If the items ordered are not in stock (or part thereof) Attitude Holland will endeavour to ensure that the items are delivered within 21 working days.
You may exchange any items that you are not completely satisfied with, as long as they are returned to us within 100 days of receipt. You must also ensure that the delivery note (which is sent with your order) is returned to us to qualify for an exchange. The items must be in a perfect state and not worn. If you do not comply with these rules, we are unable to offer an exchange.
You are entitled to a refund for any items that you are not completely satisfied with, as long as they are returned to us within 100 days of receipt, and that the delivery invoice included with your order is also returned to us. The decision as to whether the items returned for credit/exchange/refund are in a resaleable condition is entirely that of Attitude Holland
Credits and refunds will be issued within 35 days of the receipt of payment.
If Attitude Holland is unable to deliver an item to you, your money will be refunded in full.
You may only order via the internet if you are aged 18 and above. If this is not the case, your parent/guardian must be present when internet orders are placed and have given their permission for the order to be placed.
Extra postage costs in relation to credit or exchange are payable by the customer and not Attitude Holland.
Attitude Holland reserves the right to deduct any additional postage costs incurred when sending items on exchange/credit from the customers account.
All items remain the property of Attitude Holland until the full amount of the goods is paid to us.
There are some items in the catalogue which are non-returnable/exchangeable due to hygiene reasons, this is stated clearly on our website and in our catalogue (ie tights, underwear, make-up, lenses).
Attitude Holland cannot be held responsible for any injuries or damage caused to people, things or animals by one of our products.
Attitude Holland reserves the right to amend prices where necessary. Whilst prices listed on the website and in our catalogue are correct at the time of production (with the exception of administrative error) due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down. The correct price will be shown on your delivery note. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back in compliance with the conditions listed above.
Attitude Holland reserves the right at all times to refuse to supply any individual or company.
Very occasionally parcels may become lost in the post. If we have sent your order to you and it has not arrived within a reasonable time period, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will attempt to track and trace the order. Please note that items returned to us are the Sender's responsibility and we cannot be held accountable for these losses. In order to minimise loss, we advise all customers to send returns via recorded delivery.
If your order is sent to you in more parts due to certain items being out of stock, no extra postage costs will be charged to you. In most cases Attitude Holland will try to endeavour that all items are sent together.

www.attitude-europe.com are the property of Attitude Holland. It is strictly forbidden to copy or reuse these images. Failure to comply shall result in legal proceedings.
Sale items and discounted items with a discount of more than 15% cannot be exchanged or credited. These items are clearly marked with a # before the article description on the delivery note. Customers who do not comply, and return these items, will be charged a €20 administrative cost. The returned item will not be credited, however the balance will be held open against your account to be deducted from your next order.
