eCredits what is this?
Ecredits are points which value money on the AttitudeHolland site. You can pay with these eCredits your orders, when the orders is over €15.
When you order @AttitudeHolland, you get eCredits/points.
So basically you save money while you order, for your next order. (exeption is when you pay with Cash On Delivery, there are no eCredits given) 
At step 2 of the ordering proces, you can activate your eCredits by ticking the eCredit-box.
eCredits stay valid for 1 year. 

Where can I see, how many eCredits I have?
When you login @AttitudeHolland go to 'My Attitude'. There you see your eCredits balance. 

I wanted to place an order, but I forgot something, so I went back in the ordering-proces. But now my eCredits have disappeared, what do I do?
Send an e-mail to hello@attitudeholland.nl. Then we will fix the problem and re-activate your eCredits on your account. 

I used eCredits to pay my order. Then I send back an article, but I did not receive my eCredits back?
The eCredits you used with your order, will be reactivate if you decide to return a product. So you never lose your eCredits, when sending something back.
