When Attitude sends out my order, how many days do I have to wait till I have received it?
Inside the Netherlands, it takes between 24 and 48 hours. Belgium and Germany can take 2-3 days and the rest of Europe can take 1 till 2 weeks.

The track-trace code implies its delivered at my house, but I have received nothing. What do I do?
First ask your neighbour, because these days often it happens that the postman rings the doorbell of your neighbours as well. If they did not receive it, then please send us an e-mail to hello@attitudeholland.nl. And we will ask DHL or B2C to start an investigation to the parcel. 

On which days do you deliver?
DHL delivers on all days exept Sunday. 

If I order today, do I have it in house tomorrow?
For orders within the Netherlands: if article is in stock, and you order before 13:00 hours we will send it out the same day. You will receive it next day.
For orders outside the Netherlands, it will take between 2 and 7 days to be delivered @ your home.

Do you deliver at a mailbox address?
In the Netherlands we can not deliver at mailbox addresses. But we do deliver to DHL servicepoints in the Netherlands.
Outside the Netherlands any address is possible.
