It may be difficult to admit to having a rough time in your life but there is no shame in reaching for help! When any type of mental health or emotional concern affects your daily life and function, it may be time to try therapy. Therapy can help you learn about what you’re feeling, why you might be feeling it, and how to cope. It also offers a safe place to talk about difficult times like breakups, grief, family problems, workplace issues or anything else!
Therapy is not shameful, it is a sign of strength!
