Many products on our site are available directly from stock, or we can buy them in quickly from our suppliers. Based on a clear stock status, we inform you about the expected delivery time of your order.
An order placed before 2.30 pm can be delivered the next working day, if the product is in stock (this is only valid within the Netherlands, for shipping abroad it takes about 5 working days).
A stock status is indicated for all our webshop products. This way, you can look directly into our digital warehouse and see exactly whether a product is in stock or is expected in a few days.
Overview of the different statuses:
Directly available
We have the item in stock and it can be shipped immediately. If you have ordered and paid for the item, you will receive it within 2 working days.
5-10 working days, 15 working days, 10-20 working days
When you have ordered this item and we have received the payment, the item will be ordered from the supplier. We receive and ship it within the specified business days.
Pre-order
Some items are on pre-order. The exact delivery time is sometimes stated in the description, you will often also see a date. If no date is stated, then you have to take into account at least about 20-30 working days delivery time. If you would prefer to know exactly when an item is expected, please contact us and we will check this for you.
Pre-order with date
These items have a delivery date. Please note: this is an indication, we expect the item to be back in stock around that date.
Sold out
These are items that unfortunately are no longer in the collection. When an item has this status, it can no longer be ordered. These articles will disappear from the website over time.
Temporarily sold out
These items are temporarily unavailable to order. When the stock runs out, these items are temporarily removed from the site, so they will also disappear from the website over time. We are not yet sure whether this article will return.
