First check your track and trace, if it has been delivered to a collection point or to neighbors, this is usually stated here.
If this is not the case, ask your neighbours whether they have received it and check your mailbox. If it is not with neighbours or in your letterbox, please email us. Then we can start an investigation.
The same steps apply to packages sent abroad. If the link states that it is still on its way, but it has already taken 2 weeks, please send us a message.
