Will I receive my order complete or in partial deliveries?

If we know that the items we have 'in backorder' can be shipped within 5 days, we will wait for this. If it takes longer, we will send the immediately and/or quickly deliverable items in advance.

We always try to ship all the items in the second delivery. So you will not receive more than 2 packages for one order.

- With 'the second delivery' we mean all items that you still have 'in backorder' after the first time something has been sent to you.

-By 'in back order' we mean all items that we cannot ship immediately at a given moment. The item is then on back order.
