Which brand & colour are you wearing in your picture?
Arctic fox, sunset orange.

I wanted to go ginger for a while but my favourite brand didn't have an orange colour I liked. I heard good things about arctic fox, for example that it lasts long.
How does this hair colour make you feel?
It was autumn during this hair colour period. It felt like a warm and comfortable autumn colour, but it still stood out since it is a quite bold orange. I liked combining it with matching clothes, like the trousers I wear in one of my pictures. When I match my clothes with my hair, I feel confident and pretty.
How was your hair before you applied the colour (ie pre-bleached, growing out old colour, etc)?
My hair colour before this was pink. Firstly, I washed out this colour as much as possible using Head & Shoulders anti dandruff shampoo and hot water. Then I bleached it by using a Kruidvat bleach kit (due to a mistake my mum made, I'd rather go to the hair dresser's) but it was tough to get it this way. Luckily, the orange eventually covered the light pink I had.
What is your favourite hair dye brand and what is so great about it?
I love Herman's amazing hair colour because it always looks like the example picture. It also has two big benefits, the colour doesn't fade quickly and also fades beautifully. With every colour I had so far, it fades as if it was meant to look that way. No washed out colour in my looks :)
Your no.1 advice for dyeing your own hair is:
When you're not sure your colour will cover the remaining stains in your hair (because even after bleaching, my hair still showed a light shade of the previous colour), wrap your head in plastic foil and blow dry it 10 minutes before washing it out. I usually leave my hair dye in for at least 2 hours, since it's not harmful for your hair.
