I don't see the 'cash out' option with my eCredits/Attitude Coins

You only get 'Refundable eCredits' for money that you have actually paid.

When you have used your 'refundable eCredits' for an order and return this order, you will receive a refund in normal eCredits. When this has happened and your 'refundable eCredits' have been changed to regular eCredits please contact us so we can arrange the refund.
