Grimas - Water MakeUp 503 Face & Body Paint - Orange

APPLICATION
Water Make-up (Pure) can be applied directly to the skin, but you can also apply a base layer of Grimas Cake Make-up first. This offers the advantage of making the Water Make-up (Pure) colours apply more evenly and appear more vibrant, while also making them easier to remove later. Cake Make-up dries quickly and does not blend with the Water Make-up (Pure).
When using Water Make-up (Pure), it is important to apply it to skin that is not too oily. This ensures better adhesion and a longer-lasting result. Water Make-up works just like watercolours. Use a brush or make-up sponge and a little water to create a creamy consistency on the surface of the colour. Avoid working too dry or too wet. Water Make-up (Pure) dries within 15 seconds.

If you do not want the colours to blend together, wait for the first layer of colour to dry before applying another colour over or next to it.
Change the water used to rinse your brushes regularly; ideally, use two containers: one for light shades and one for dark shades. Water-based make-up (Pure) can also be applied to the hair, provided it has not been treated (permed, dyed, bleached, or colored with henna). Use a toothbrush for this purpose.

REMOVAL
You can gently wash the skin with lukewarm water and soap (or shampoo) to remove a large portion of the product. Massage it in briefly and rinse with lukewarm water. Excessive scrubbing with water and soap or shampoo may irritate the skin.
You can further cleanse the skin using a cleansing milk or cleansing cream if desired. Massage it in briefly and wipe off with a soft tissue.

Do not use makeup remover, as it contains waxes and oils that actually cause the Water Make-up to adhere to the skin.
Do not use ready-made cleansing wipes.

If any color residue remains on the skin, you can remove it with Grimas Cleansing Lotion. If the skin feels dry after cleansing, you can apply a moisturizing cream.
Hair colored with Water Make-up (Pure) can be cleaned with shampoo.

If Water Make-up gets on clothing, rinse it out under the tap. Then, soak the garment in a solution containing a pre-wash detergent (such as Biotex). Finally, wash it by hand or in the washing machine.

CLEANING UP MATERIALS
Rinse the Water Make-up if necessary and pat it dry with clean tissues. Allow the makeup to air dry and replace the lid only once the Water Make-up is completely dry. Store in a cool, dry place until the next use.
The sponges are disposable, so you can throw them away after use. If you wish to reuse them, wash them under the tap with soap or shampoo, or wash them in the washing machine (inside a laundry bag or pillowcase) at a minimum temperature of 60°C. Brushes can be cleaned with soap and water or shampoo. After washing, reshape the damp bristles by hand. Lay the brushes flat on a towel to dry; do not stand them upright while drying, as moisture could seep into the handle.
