Medium length Victorian cape of black velvet and Sicilian lace with velvet ribbon strap closing. The black velvet Mandarin collar is trimmed with Venetia lace and lace ruffle. The hem of the lace cape has a broad soft mesh tier covered by a lace ruffled tier which is gathered by large black velvet bows and adorned by a black lace ruffle.
