Sinister - 1195 Cape - Black

Black velvet hi-low cape with scalloped lace mandarin collar. The lower part of the cape is adorned with three lines of Scalloped lace and brocade trimming which end in a V-shape at the back of the cape. A broad tier of ruffled lace is attached to the hem. The cape has a velvet strap closure at the centre front.
