Banned. This gorgeous tartan buckle mini skirt has a lovely soft feel to the fabric which includes some elastane in the mix. The wrapover design has buckle fastenings at the waist and is finished off with adjustable holes and buckles. The top part of the skirt is fitted and the pleats start from around hip level. This skirt would look amazing when teamed with other items of Emo clothing or accessories.
