Application tips
Add a small amount of water or our CATALYST mixing liquid to the pan. Use a brush to stir until creamy.
Apply with a thin liner brush.
After use, remove excess moisture using a paper towel. If you keep your water liners in a palette, don't close it until the liners have completely dried out.
Do I need CATALYST to activate them?
No! You can absolutely activate them with regular tap water.
Are they smudge-proof?
Yes, once dry they won't budge
