Then you do not need a return label. In principle, you can bring your package within the Netherlands to a DHL ServicePoint as long as our address is on it. (Handy if you don't have a printer). However, some DHL points do not have this option. That is why you will receive an email with a return label after creating your return request. If you want to be sure that your return will be accepted, it is best to stick this label on the package.
If you do not use this label or the DHL ServicePoint, you will have to pay for the return yourself.

Customers living outside the Netherlands must always use the return label that they receive via email, when you online registre your return.
